We are committed to delivering high-quality corporate gifts that meet your expectations. While we strive to fulfil all orders promptly, delivery times may vary depending on product availability, customization requirements, and logistics conditions.
For customized or bulk orders, production and delivery schedules will be confirmed upon order placement. Nanyanggifts.com shall not be held liable for any delays or issues arising from factors beyond our control, including but not limited to incorrect delivery information, recipient unavailability, customs clearance, or courier delays.
Order Confirmation, Delivery Time and Address
Please ensure that the Delivery address, Contact number you provided upon Order Confirmation is correct. When your order is confirmed, our sales consultant will notify you with all the order details. Please note that deliveries to restricted areas such as military camps, Jurong Island, Sentosa, Marina Bay Sands (MBS), and the Central Business District (CBD) may require additional coordination. We appreciate your cooperation to facilitate successful delivery to these addresses.
Delivery timings: Standard delivery hours are 10 am to 6 pm. Ensure the recipient is available during these hours. Contact us for special delivery timing requests and associated fees.
Delivery dates are subject to factors beyond our control, including global supply chain conditions, customs inspections, bad weather and congestion. NanyangGifts will try its best to expedite this, but is not responsible for damages resulting from such delays.
During the logistical process, such as shipping, unloading, and last-mile delivery, it is possible that the gifts and/or their packaging may incur minor damage, such as a slight dents in the carton or product boxes. NanyangGifts will take reasonable measures and make every effort to ensure that the goods are delivered in impeccable condition.
At their discretion, the freight forwarder may strengthen the shipment by repacking the gift and merchandise boxes into wooden crates or wooden boxes. NanyangGifts covers these expenses while the client assumes responsibility for dismantling.
Additional Charges
- Missed Deliveries: Redelivery fees may apply if a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to factors such as an incorrect address or recipient unavailability.
- Fair Delivery: Additional charges may apply for challenging delivery locations (e.g., no cargo lift, narrow walkways, or stairs) to cover extra time, effort, and resources. Provide accurate delivery information for a smooth process. If anticipating difficulties or special requirements, notify us in advance for appropriate arrangements and information on associated charges.
- Bulky/Fragile Items: The items you receive may be delivered in various forms of protection, including pallets, wooden crates, shrink wrap etc. Please be aware that NanyangGifts holds no liability for the removal or disposal of these protective measures.
- Restricted Areas: Restricted delivery areas may incur extra charges for special permits or security clearances.
- Additional Delivery Requests: Changes to original delivery instructions, like address redirection or time adjustments, may result in additional charges to facilitate a smooth delivery process.
- Storage: We deliver the gifts as soon as they are ready. If delivery is requested for a later date, storage fees will apply.
