Unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing, the terms and conditions listed below shall apply to any purchases and orders made with Nanyanggifts.com. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other printed or written document passing between parties (including without limitation the Customer’s Sales or Purchase Order), the terms and conditions listed here will supersede.
No variation of the terms and conditions listed shall be applicable to any purchases and orders unless explicitly accepted in writing by Nanyanggifts.com.
1. Applicability and Agreement
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, the terms below apply to all purchases made on Nanyanggifts.com. In case of any inconsistency with other documents, these terms will prevail. Variations are only valid if accepted in writing by Nanyanggifts.com.
2. Customer Service Policy
We are committed to delivering high-quality corporate gifts that meet your expectations. While we strive to fulfil all orders promptly, delivery times may vary depending on product availability, customization requirements, and logistics conditions.
For customized or bulk orders, production and delivery schedules will be confirmed upon order placement. Nanyanggifts.com shall not be held liable for any delays or issues arising from factors beyond our control, including but not limited to incorrect delivery information, recipient unavailability, customs clearance, or courier delays.
3. Colour Accuracy
While we make every effort to ensure accurate color representation, slight variations in color may occur due to individual screen settings, device calibration, and lighting conditions.
Please note that color shades may also differ between production batches, which is a normal occurrence in the manufacturing process. For precise color matching, customers are encouraged to request physical swatches or samples prior to order confirmation. Reasonable color variations shall not be considered defects or grounds for return, replacement, or refund.
4. Product Quality
Quality and texture: Please note that reasonable variations in color, texture, or perceived quality shall not be considered defects or grounds for return, replacement, or refund.
While a product may appear similar in images, differences in material quality or finishing may occur due to production processes or supplier variations.
Clients are strongly encouraged to request physical samples, color swatches, or pre-production samples to assess the actual quality and texture of the product before confirming their order, where timelines permit.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Self-Collection: Available at Trivex, 8 Burn Road, #10-07/08, Singapore 369977.
Delivery dates are subject to factors beyond our control, including global supply chain conditions, customs inspections, bad weather and congestion. NanyangGifts will try its best to expedite this, but is not responsible for damages resulting from such delays.
During the logistical process, such as shipping, unloading, and last-mile delivery, it is possible that the gifts and/or their packaging may incur minor damage, such as a slight dents in the carton or product boxes. NanyangGifts will take reasonable measures and make every effort to ensure that the goods are delivered in impeccable condition.
At their discretion, the freight forwarder may strengthen the shipment by repacking the gift and merchandise boxes into wooden crates or wooden boxes. NanyangGifts covers these expenses while the client assumes responsibility for dismantling.
6. Substitution
If any corporate gifts, packaging material is unavailable, it will be replaced with a similar item of equal or higher value, ensuring the overall aesthetics are maintained. This substitution will be made without prior notice to ensure your order arrives on time.
7. Order Cancellation
Once the Purchase Order (PO) has been issued, production will begin immediately at the factory. Therefore, orders for customized items cannot be cancelled once production begins. Refunds are only available for defective products verified by our team.
8. Returns & Refunds
For any inquiries or assistance, please contact our sales consultant immediately. Please note that minor defects or slight variations may occur during the production process due to mass manufacturing and are considered acceptable. However, if a clear and significant production defect is identified, kindly notify your sales consultant as soon as possible for further review and resolution.
9. Security & Privacy
Our commitment is to safeguard your personal information. We collect, use, and protect personal data for order fulfilment, communication, and improvement. Secure payment processes and encryption ensure privacy.
10. PDPA Consent
