A printer small enough for a jacket pocket, with no ink to buy and nothing to plug in. This one prints from a phone over Bluetooth using thermal paper — labels for a shelf, a checklist for the day, a note to leave on a desk, a small picture for a notice board. It is the kind of gadget people did not know they wanted until they have one.
Key Features
- Bluetooth printing: Sends straight from a phone or tablet, with no cables and no computer needed.
- No ink or toner: Thermal printing means there are no cartridges to buy or replace.
- Pocket sized: Small and light enough to carry in a bag or keep in a drawer.
- Labels, lists and notes: Prints short text, simple graphics and labels on demand.
- Works anywhere: Useful at a desk, on a shop floor, at a site visit or at home.
- Custom logo: Your branding printed on the device itself.
Why Choose This Printer?
- Nobody expects a printer: Most tech gifts are chargers and cables. A working printer that fits in a hand is the one people take out and show colleagues.
- Nothing to run out of but paper: Without ink, the only thing it ever needs is a new roll, which keeps it in use rather than abandoned.
- Everyone finds a use for it: Office labels, retail price tags, study notes, packing lists, children’s crafts — one gift that lands with a very varied list.
- It stays on the desk: A small printer earns a permanent spot beside a monitor, where your logo is seen every day.
- It suits hands-on teams: Retail, logistics and service staff who label, tag and note things on the move get immediate practical use from it.

Building a Desk Tech Set?
A mini printer pairs naturally with other desk gadgets. Add a Wireless Charging Mousepad or a Bluetooth Speaker With Wireless Charger for a complete smart desk, and Custom Sticky Note Pads for the notes that do not need printing. A Custom A5 Business Notebook with Magnetic Closure and an Office Metal Executive Pen complete a work from home kit, with Custom Paper Bags With Logo for the handover. If the brief calls for something to carry rather than keep on a desk, the Square Compact Power Bank is the portable tech option.
More than a gadget, this is the gift that keeps finding new jobs. It labels the files, prints the shopping list, tags the samples, and makes a small sticker for a child’s lunchbox — and each print comes from a device with your name on it. Few gifts get used in so many small ways by so many different people.
