The mug on someone’s desk is the one item they touch all morning. This one is made from food-grade 304 stainless steel, comes in 420ml and 500ml, and has a lid — so it can be carried from the pantry to a meeting room without leaving a trail. Your logo sits on the body, in front of the person and everyone who walks past their desk.
Product Specifications
- Sizes: 420ml and 500ml, so one order can suit both light and heavy coffee drinkers.
- Material: Food-grade 304 stainless steel throughout, the grade used for food contact.
- Lid: A secure lid that reduces spills and helps hold the temperature between refills.
- Hot or Cold: Works the same for morning coffee and iced drinks in the afternoon.
- Colours & Branding: A range of colours to match your palette, with custom logo printing.
Why Choose This Mug?
- 304 Right Through: Food-grade steel on every surface that touches the drink, which is the first thing a careful buyer checks.
- The Lid Changes How It Is Used: A covered mug travels to meetings and desks instead of staying by the coffee machine.
- Two Sizes, One Design: 420ml for a standard coffee, 500ml for people who refill less often — same branding across both.
- Out on the Desk All Day: A mug sits in view from the first meeting to the last, which is more exposure than most gifts manage.
- Replaces the Paper Cup: Every refill is one less takeaway cup, an easy line for a sustainability update.

Building a Desk Set?
A mug is the anchor of a desk set. Pair it with a diatomite coaster to sit it on, a mousepad and a matte PP notebook with a ballpoint pen. A desktop fan finishes the setup for a new hire’s first morning. Ordered in one colour across the pieces, a welcome pack arrives looking planned rather than gathered from a cupboard.
More than a gift that gets opened and shelved, this is the mug that is filled before the first meeting and washed up at the end of every day. It sits on the desk, travels to meeting rooms and appears in the background of video calls — for years, with your name on it the whole time.
