Anyone who taps in and out of a building does it a dozen times a day — the lift lobby, the office door, the car park, the turnstile at lunch. A badge reel means the card gets pulled to the reader and springs back, without unclipping anything or fishing through a pocket. It clips to a belt, a bag strap or a lanyard and stays there.

Key Features

Retractable cord: Pulls out to the reader and retracts on its own when released.
Carabiner clip: Attaches to a belt, bag, lanyard or clothing and holds securely.
For cards and keys: Works with ID badges, access cards and office keys.
Multiple colours: A range of shades to match a brand palette or separate departments.
Custom branding: Your logo or message printed on the reel face.
Everyday wear: Small and light enough to be worn through a full working day.

Why Choose a Badge Reel?

It is used a dozen times a day: Very few gifts get picked up that often, and each time your logo is in the recipient’s hand.
It is worn where people look: Clipped at the waist or on a bag strap, the reel face is visible to colleagues and visitors throughout the day.
Cards stop getting lost: A card on a reel stays attached, which matters most for the pass someone cannot get into the building without.
Colours can organise a workforce: A different shade per department, floor or contractor group makes access at a glance easier for everyone.
It suits staff and visitors alike: The same item works for permanent employees, contractors and event delegates.

Building a Staff ID or Event Kit?

A badge reel works with the rest of what staff and delegates carry. Pair it with Custom Lanyards With ID Card Holders so the pass and the reel match, and add a Mini Pocket Notepad with a Metallic Vondo Pen for people working away from a desk. Custom Paper Bags With Logo finish the handover. If the lanyard should also charge a phone at an event, the 3-in-1 Charging Cable Lanyard doubles as a cable; and for clinical staff who need the time rather than a badge, the Custom Retractable Watch Lanyard holds a watch on the same principle.

More than an accessory, this is the small thing that removes a dozen tiny frustrations from a working day. The card is always there, always reaches the reader, and never ends up in the wrong pocket. Gifts that quietly make work easier get worn every day for years — and yours is the name on the one doing it.
